Income up to $20,000…….. $165.00………………plus $30 (materials) = $195

Income up to $30,000…….. $210.00………………plus $30 (materials) = $240

Income above $30,000……. $250.00………………plus $30 (materials) = $280

Couples should combine household income in selecting amount.

Practice Group:

Suggested sliding scale for five sessions (every other Monday)

Income up to $20,000…….. $15/session, $75 total

Income up to $30,000…….. $20/session, $100 total

Income above $30,000……. $25/session, $125 total
